Calculator, invoice and QR information

Calculator values are processed in your browser. Invoice fields, uploaded logos, Wi-Fi passwords and QR content are not sent to our server for calculation or generation. They remain in this tab and are cleared by reset or reload. Downloaded files and print jobs are controlled by your browser and operating system. We do not provide server-side draft storage.

Share links and browser storage

Non-sensitive calculator share links put entered values in the URL fragment. Anyone with the complete link can read them; fragments may remain in browser history or sync. Invoice and QR tools have no share-state links. This version does not use local storage or application cookies. Hosting access or infrastructure may use its own cookies and process request metadata.

Hosting and third parties

ChatGPT Sites hosts these pages. Serving a request necessarily exposes network information such as IP address, requested URL, browser information and timestamps to the hosting infrastructure. We cannot promise that infrastructure logs contain no data; provider retention and security controls are outside this application. Fonts and QR code generation assets are served locally, with no remote font or QR service.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics is currently disabled and not loaded. If enabled after consent review, it processes page and interaction data, including technical identifiers and potential cookies. Events use only a tool identifier, never entered invoice, finance, Wi-Fi or contact fields. A reviewed consent mechanism must control activation where required.

Optional advertising

Google AdSense is currently disabled; this version makes no live ad requests. If enabled following approval and consent setup, Google and advertising partners may process cookies, identifiers and network information for advertising. Google’s partner-site data explanation describes its processing. We do not yet claim a compliant advertising deployment.

Email correspondence

If you email us, your email provider, VentraIP’s forwarding service and our receiving email provider process your message, sender address and delivery metadata. We use correspondence to respond to support, correction and privacy requests, and retain it as needed to handle those requests and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Email is separate from local calculator processing. Avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or complete personal financial documents.

Your choices and contact

Reset clears the current tool. Close the tab to discard in-memory data, and manage downloaded files or browser history separately. Consent withdrawal controls and jurisdiction-specific rights must be reviewed and implemented with the final consent platform before advertising is enabled.
