Running Pace Calculator
Solve a constant running pace, total time or distance, then review elapsed split times. Kilometre and mile inputs stay explicit so a five-minute mile is not confused with a five-minute kilometre. Export the split plan as CSV.

How the calculation works
Pace=time/distance. Time=pace×distance. Distance=time/pace. Speed(km/h)=distance(km)/seconds×3600. Split elapsed time=split distance×pace.
Worked example
10 km completed in 50:00 has a pace of 5:00/km and speed 12 km/h. Every kilometre adds five minutes; a half-distance split is 25:00.
Assumptions and limitations
Use mm:ss or h:mm:ss. Seconds and hour-format minutes must be below sixty. At most 1,000 splits. Clock display rounds to the nearest second and assumes a constant pace without stops.
This is an arithmetic planning aid, not training, medical or health advice. Terrain, weather, aid stops and fatigue can make actual splits vary substantially.
