Email Signature Generator

Create an HTML email signature locally with contact links, three restrained layouts and an optional public logo. Preview the content, copy formatted HTML or download the generated signature.

How the calculation works

The generator escapes entered text and creates a presentation table with inline styles. Website and logo URLs must use HTTP or HTTPS; email and telephone links use validated contact fields. No JavaScript, tracking pixel or visitor code is generated.

Worked example

Enter Alex Morgan, Project Manager, Example Studio and alex@example.com. Classic layout displays the name above role/company, then a clickable email and website. Optional phone and address appear only when supplied.

Assumptions and limitations

The preview represents browser rendering, not certified Gmail or Outlook compatibility. Public logo images are replaced by placeholders here to avoid a remote request. Once installed in email, recipients may load the logo from its host. Never use a private authenticated image URL.

Gmail: open Settings, See all settings, General, Signature; create a signature, paste the formatted output and save changes. Outlook: open Settings, Accounts, Signatures (or Mail, Compose and reply), create a signature and save it. Menu names vary by version. Test a message on mobile and in light/dark themes before adopting it.

Common questions

Why is my logo not loaded in the preview?

The preview keeps your content local. Downloaded or copied HTML includes the public logo URL for email software to load subject to recipient settings.

What if formatted copy is unavailable?

Use Download output, open the HTML in your browser and copy the rendered signature, or use Copy code in a client that accepts HTML source.
