Time Zone Converter & Meeting Planner

Plan one dated meeting across IANA time zones rather than treating every city as a fixed UTC offset. Start and end dates are shown separately, including crossings of midnight. Download a UTC-based calendar file after reviewing the local times.

Use IANA names such as Europe/London. Missing DST times are rejected. Repeated times expose the selected occurrence. Browser time-zone data determines the rules.

How the calculation works

Find the UTC instant matching the entered source wall time under browser IANA rules. Convert that instant and instant + duration to each destination zone. Resolve a repeated wall time using the chosen earlier/later occurrence.

Worked example

On 15 October 2026, 09:00 America/New_York corresponds to 13:00 UTC, 14:00 Europe/London and 23:00 Australia/Brisbane. A one-hour meeting ends at midnight in Brisbane.

Assumptions and limitations

Missing spring-forward times are rejected. Repeated fall-back times are explicitly selectable. At most twenty destination zones and a 24-hour duration. Rules use the browser’s installed time-zone data.

Use full IANA names, not ambiguous abbreviations such as CST. Check a future meeting after a jurisdiction announces a time-zone law change; historical second-level offsets are not modeled.
